through e-mail, sender consents to the following terms and conditions.
IN NO EVENT WILL EQUIDATA BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INDIRECT
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SENDER INCURS FROM LOSS OR THIRD PARTY
DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION CONTAINED IN E-MAIL CORRESPONDENCE. Sender
understands and agrees that data privacy cannot be guaranteed through
e-mail messaging. Sender authorizes employees of Equidata to communicate
with sender via e-mail in order to answer sender’s questions and
or resolve senders concerns. Sender warrants that the information
they send to Equidata is explicitly theirs, and any false or misrepresentation
of senders identity could lead to criminal prosecution. |
